Panama City Grammar School Redevelopment

Winfield Construction is serving as general contractor for the redevelopment of the historic Panama City Grammar School, an adaptive reuse project converting the landmark school building into apartment housing.

Work of this kind demands careful assessment of the existing structure and sequencing that protects the building's historic character while delivering finished residential space.
